How to Play



· Select a workout program

· Tap “Play a Half Deck” or “Play full Deck”

· The color and the number on the cards will determine the exercise and repetition

· Perform the exercise and repetitions as each card is dealt

· Swipe or double tap for the next cards when repetition is complete

· Repeat till deck is finished

· Share results

· Cores Series: Abdominals

· Leg Workout: Quadriceps, Glutes, Calves

· Total Body: Upper, Lower, Core, Cardio
